Julia Newcomb (b. 1873)
Julia Newcomb (b. Dec 1873) was the daughter of Norman Simeon Newcomb (b. 4 Nov 1836, BMN #2033). She married Gustave Rich (b. Oct 1871). B.M. Newcomb said she died in 1895, but she was alive for the 1900 census.
